Refund policy
We understand life takes place and plans change, although everyone's time is valuable. Please review the refund policy below. Any exceptions to the rules below will be at the sole discretion of the owner and on a situational basis.
Canceling an appointment must be done 5 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund by emailing- ben@oceanprises.com
If you have canceled an appointment and wish to reschedule, please reach out by emailing- ben@oceanprises.com
If you are late to your appointment, it will be held for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled starting time. If another client has a session scheduled to follow your allotted timeframe, we cannot provide the full duration of time you have purchased due to not being punctual. Example- If you purchased a 30-minute session and arrive to the appointment 10 minutes late and another client has an appointment following your scheduled timeframe, your session will only be for a total of 20 minutes.
No show appointments will only be refunded a 50% value of the session they have booked. It will be the sole discretion of the owner whether or not to allow a repeated no show to reschedule another session.
We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the time of cancelling an appointment or the day the appointment was scheduled in the event of a no show. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
